Game Description :CHARACTERS
Rico Rodriguez
Rico Rodriguez is a CIA top secret agent who specializes in destabilizing governments and
bringing down dictators, he is well known for using extreme measures and violence to complete
his mission. This is his second appearance within the Just Cause canon, the first of course being
in Just Cause.
Tom Sheldon
Born Thomas Sheldon, Sheldon grew up to become a CIA operative, he trained a Rico
Rodriguez about being an agent only for his student to become the best operative the agency
has known.
Baby Panay
Born named Pandak Panay, took over the island of Panau during 2010 as a dictator,
shortly after his take-over he was given the nickname "Baby Panay". Is usually seen carrying
a Gas-Propelled Rocket Launcher and guarded by two soldiers.
FACTIONS
Reapers
The Reapers are a rebel army set on bringing a revolution to the island of Panau, they are
lead by a woman known as Bolo Santosi, it would seem she is of Asian descent so it is possible
she was born on Panau.
The Roaches
The Roaches are an unknown group who appear to be fighting The Reapers as they are
mentioned in a few cutscenes of the Just Cause 2 Demo, Bolo Santosi shows a dislike towards
them and sends you on a mission to capture a witness testifying against the Roaches so that
the military blame the Roaches for his capture.
LOCATION
Panau
Panau is the fictonal island where Just Cause 2 is set. It is ruled by Baby Panay. The symbol for
the goverment in Panau is a white star with red trim. The goverment of Panau will attack you
for destroying anything with a red and white star.
